Traditional producer and supplier of aluminium profiles
Hydro Extrusion Slovakia is a traditional producer of aluminium extruded profiles. We have been transforming aluminium into unique shapes for more than 50 years.
To satisfy the demanding customer requirements, it offers a comprehensive service from extrusion through surface treatment to a wide range of fabrication operations, all in one place.
Its customers are in building & construction, engineering until transport. The yearly production capacity is more than 10 thousand aluminium profiles.
For the purposes of retail sales, Hydro Extrusion Slovakia has established a company shop for the sale of aluminium profiles and sheets, which is located directly on the company's premises.

ALUMINIUM PROFILES
Aluminium is universal, highly shapeable material suitable for many applications. Therefore still more engineers and industrial designers focus on the fascinating metal. Our long-time experience in aluminium and profile production capacity, in surface treatment and fabrication enable our customers to create innovative and sophisticated products.
Aluminium profiles are produced based on individual customers’ requirements and technical specifications are talked over in advance with our team of professionals.
Basic specification:
• customized profiles, standard profiles
• alloys: 1050A, 6101B, 6060, 6063, 6005A, 6082
• standard sawing length: 3000 – 6500 mm
ANODIZING
Design and surface quality of aluminium extruded profiles is highly satisfying for wide usage already before surface treatment. However, there are industries requiring higher surface quality and colourfulness. To meet these requirements aluminium profiles are surface-treated by anodizing technology.
Basic specification:
• natural anodizing
• bronze shades (from C-31 to C-35)
• maximum dimensions: 7500 × 2000 × 450 mm
• Qualanod certification

FABRICATION
During designing it is possible to create a profile requiring minimum fabrication after extrusion. Despite that, specific fabrication operations are often needed, which make the aluminium profile into component suitable for usage in further semi-finished products or in direct finished products.
